Hi...

Problems with outlook this time... on XP SP2 - outlook 2003..

on one of our office pc's, anytime you click a URL in the outlook window, it causes a BSOD and have to manually reboot...

Any ideas??

Corrupted antivirus, antivirus scanning URL before browser causing problems, spyware, broswer addons... It could be a lot of things.

Make sure browser add-ons are disabled. Uninstall any "toolbar" and run a full antivirus and antispyware scan.
