Just watched a helpful video that showed you don't need to accept the recent 'we are now charging for co-pilot whether you want it or not' price increase for Microsoft 365.

If you go into 'Manage Subscriptions' then click to cancel the subscription, you get presented an 'without copilot' option for what looks like the old price.
