hi

I am currently diagnosing the old socket 370, P3 i use to use before. its currently turning ON, however theres no beeps but monitor turns on as in the red light turns to green but it says "no signal". and the HDD light is solid red so as the CDROM light. i suspected it was ram, so i pulled it out and fitted another one with same specs but sam problem.
any guesses?
Motherboard is Gigabyte GA-6VEML

i took off all the pci cards and cdrom power. just had hdd plugged in. now unit doesnt show the hdd light solid. but my monitor displays the bios detecting drives and etc and then it goes of. monitor is on and off. unit also gives me a beep after like 2 min.
