My hard disk with my Operating system has issues, I've loaded into my machine as a salve now... how can I now access the desktop files and files under docs & settings?? It will not let me in because i'm not logged in as this user a assume?

I want to back these files up... If i have to enter my password somwhere sweet as :-)
