I assume you mean an Intel Pentium D (Smithfield or Presler) 3.0 GHz rather than a P4, as there was no dual-core P4 chip.

I don't think its a dual core, don't know why I typed it, it just says Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 3.00 GHz
