I'm looking for an online UPS, 1000VA is suitable. However I need something with an RS-232 port that supports one of the following protocols:

SEC
Generic R UPS
Generic R UPS 2000
PhoenixTec
Safenet

Can anyone suggest anything suitable that is available in NZ and a vendor?

Have a look at the Dynamix 1000VA models. They are based on a generic unit and have RS232




Generally known online as OpenMedia, now working for Red Hat APAC as a Technology Evangelist and Portfolio Architect. Still playing with MythTV and digital media on the side.
