When doing this I am simply selecting a number of cells and copying them into notepad.  However, when I send them to the recipient and he looks to upload the file, he is noting that they are getting blank spaces.

My file is as below, so thinks look fine on my side.

Has anyone encountered any particular problems with copying data from Excel to Notepad to create a text file.

Why not just use Save As and choose the Text (Tab Delimited)(*.txt) option?
