What up people. I came on here to see if you guys could help me out with a HUGE computer problem I have. My Main administrator account is locked up and i can not access any files. I have tried other sites with no success.

Welcome Laztug...

May I suggest you post under the Desktop Computing forum with the subject line mentioning this?
It may get more attention from the fellow geeks :)

Do a search on the internet for a linux windows password reset disk, it will boot your PC off a CDROM drive, and with a text interface allow you to reset and unlock your administrator password by editing the SAM file.

ERD Commander (brought by MS so look for an older ISO) always works for me. Great little boot CD. It has even recovered a machine from a blue screen (it replaced the system reg key that was corrupt)

A must for any Desktop Engineers toolkit
