I have been trying all week to speak to somebody from dell, as I’m after a laptop and monitor and understand they will do a deal, if buying at the same time. The problem I am having is I am constantly being transferred from one person to the next.  On my last call I was transferred 6 times and just gave up.

I have tried 6 times to speak to somebody, i did get through once and was told I was going to get an email with a quote, of which I never got, I have tried emailing them online, yet have heard nothing back?

So I was wondering does anybody have a direct number or email to somebody I can speak to directly.

Any body else having this trouble?

I have nothing but good things to say about Dell but after reading the above I am surprised you are giving them another chance!

I have been impressed with there service until now (i own a dell laptop, which I brought in England 4 years ago, were I didn?t have one problem), plus they seem to be the best for money.
I really can?t believe how hard it is to buy a laptop from them now, but I am getting feed up with the questions ?what?s your name? , what?s your business name?, ?ok I?ll transfer you now? over and over again.
