ok... I have a Western Digital 500 gb My Book usb external hard drive that is now not showing up on 2 computers.
It shows up in "disc management" and on the "Safely Remove Hardware" in the task bar but does not show in the "Computer" section.
Can this be fixed or is it cactus ?

try recovermyfiles.com

as long as theres no physical damage, it should be easy to pull the data or repair the partition table, so it's recognized in my computer.
