I just installed a new modem into my computer and when I open my network folder everything was fine but when I connected to the Internet my computer Froze up, so I restarted my computer and connect to the Internet and got in, but when I tryed to open my network folder again my computer Froze up again. can you help me
If its only ocurring since the modem install, then obviously the modem is having issues, either hardware or software. Try removing the modem driver and reinstalling it for start, then if no go, try moving the modem to a different slot.
