Hi there. I am unsure if this is the right section to be putting this, so please move it if need be.

I bought a HP Pavillion p6030a Desktop going on about 2 months ago.

Theres nothing wrong with the desktop (at least i dont think so). However when i go to view my friends Webcam on MSN, it wont allow me to. It says connecting, loading etc etc, shows a picture of their screen but nothing on mine, and then stops itself after about 10 seconds.

I Searched on google for what the problem might be, cant really find anything. I have tried different versions of MSN, Both my friend and I sending the invitation to view webcam and also i have tried to update my video drivers (however fully updated already).

Im not sure what the problem is. It works fine when my friend does with other people, just not me. Is this a hardware problem? This has never happened before.

I am aware this could be a problem with MSN, however it could also be a hardware problem on my own computer?
