when i go to water cooling , would it be a logical moive to upgrade to a 1000watt PSU?

1000w power supply is only justified if you actually need that amount of power.


Most water cooling setups would either use a separate pump with it's own power plug to the wall OR an all in one unit (like the Corsair H50) that dosen't use much power at all.

hmm , i was under the impression the water cooling uses tonnes of power so i might only have to get a 650 or so PSU
