Hi Guys,

I am upgrading my computer and have decided to go with:

CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93GHz 775 Socket
Ram - 4GB (2 x 2GB DDR2 800)
Motherboard - This is where I am stuck, can't decide and dont know what the difference is between:

P5KPL-AM
P5KPL/EPU
P5KPL-AM EPU
P5KPL-AM/PS
P5KPL-CM
P5KPL-AM/CM

Where should I buy from? pricespy is not helping either.

Is a P5KPL-AM the same as P5KPL-AM EPU?

Each model is the same base (Intel G31 chipset and ICH7 south bridge) but they differ in the addons ie:
- # of SATA ports
- # of ram slots
- # of PCI-E, PCI slots etc
- type of network chipset (realtek, marvell etc)
- type of onboard sound chipset (realtek, via etc)
- quality level of capacitors used on the board (Japanese capacitors are more expensive than Chinese and higher quality)
- etc

The best way to compare them is:

1:  Go here http://asus.com/Comparison.aspx?PG_ID=mKyCKlQ4oSEtSu5m

2:  For Product Category select "Intel Socket 775"

3:  For Product Sub Category select "Intel G31"

4:  You can only compare 5 models at a time, so select 5 models and compare
