I want to add a third monitor to my current setup (2 monitors running off a laptop).  I don't have a third video port to plugin to, so was thinking about getting a USB video card.

Are these any good? Any recommendations on alternatives?

Get a Mimo LCD. It works out of the box with Windows 7 (don't install the driver, just plug and let Windows download the update driver from Windows Update) and it's handy as a third monitor. Other than this, there are some Samsung LCD on Ascent that does the same - they all use DisplayLink technology.

Yes the MIMO LCDs look very cool, unfortunately I already have the two new monitors, now just trying to figure out how to hook them in.
