I am a big fan of the screen sharing capabilities in Skype, unfortunately, a client doesn't always have Skype installed so I'm not able to use it.

What are some good alternatives? Prefer easy setup as some clients are difficult to work with on the phone at the best fo times..

Teamviewer is great when you're trying to talk the client through the setup over the phone. Even customers that are err 'technically challenged' can be walked through it with ease.

/smacks hand on head.

I use TeamViewer, didn't even think about sharing their screen, was too busy thinking about sharing mine.

Thanks guys.
