http://www.getfirefox.com - If you use that maybe?
64bit possibly not worth it, just use 32bit, while your in Internet Explorer why not visit http://acid3.acidtests.org and compare the results?

IE 64bit was useless without flash support... can hardly do anything online.

I used the standard 32bit version on my Windows 7 64bit machine but it quite often crashed.

I then changed to Chrome and never looked back.

I have had problems with IE8 32bit on Windows 7 64bit, and that was the StumbleUpon toolbar - the only toolbar I had ever installed. Since removing it had no problems and I am back at using IE8. It's faster to start than FX and Chrome doesn't give me any additional feature great enough to justify moving to it.

IE8 faster to start than Chrome? For me Chrome starts faster than I can move the mouse to where the address bar is going to appear.
