hey , So I used the analog cable and relised that I could use DVI cable, So I plug it in change the resolution and then it came up with ' Digital Out Of Sync' 30 Htz

Someone help me please

30Hz means you are giving it an interlaced mode, which not all PC monitors will deal with.
