I read many forum about this particular topic but my problem is not yet solve. ok my computer wont post no beep or anything so i tried bench test it this morning bare bone, i plug in the cpu and fan on it and listen for a beep but theirs none. so does it mean the mobo or the cpu is broken? cause i read in another furom that their suppose to be a beep, also worth noting that my mobo light is on.CryCryCry

I had a similar problem when upgrading a PSU. It just wouldnt work with the mb i had.
No sounds except for the fans spinning.

Switched back to the orig PSU and it worked fine.

do you have both the motherboard power plugs plugged in?
the big one and also the 4 or 8 pin one?

actually i only plug the big one but thanks for the advice ill do that one when i go. ill post what happen hope it will work...thanks

ok i did plug the 2 plugs now for mobo and the atx but same thinh no beeping sound. and after that i jumpstart the psu and the psu work so im zeroing either mobo or cpu....but how can i tell which one is diffective i dont have extra parts. also yeah the mobo light is on i dunno if the light would actually indicate if its still funtional
