have my eye on a couple of screens at the moment, just want to know which is the best value for money.

Requirements are, ,
20"-24"
1920x1080
price under ~$300

i realize im not gonna get an amazing screen for this price, but i only want sharp colours, bright screen and good movie watching ability

ive found a couple on pricespy that look about right, any suggestions that you think i should take a look at feel free to add.

viewsonic 24"

samsung 23"

My gut feeling is telling me Samsung for some reason, feel free to prove me wrong
Cheers

Overall, I would say Samsung makes better screens than Viewsonic.

However, spec vs spec, Viewsonic here wins in terms of refresh rate, but it doesn't mean you will see a significant difference.

Go with Samsung... the safe bet!
