Are they good?

They seem to have a product I want in stock but as they are the only One out of 10 others, I want to check if anyone has had an issue with delivery times.

Computer lounge is excellent. I have dealt with them several times. Fast free shipping, they will also price match.

Sometimes (similar to Ascent) they are a little bit more expensive than the various no physical store etailers that are cheapest on pricespy but generally it's worth the few bucks extra.

If anything goes wrong you can expect great service and support. They have been around for ages too.

I just wish their site was faster!

I look forward to being able to use the full potential of my PC with my new Win7/SSD combo...

Another +1 for me.

I tend to get my gear from either Ascent or Computer Lounge. They maybe more expensive, but I always receive excellent communication, quick delivery and great support should anything go wrong.

+1 for vouching for CL's excellent pricing and service, and also over in this thread at GPforums you will see that Computer Lounge is rated the best online parts retailer in the country by the hordes of gamers and geeks who frequent GPforum.

+1 another one, built my PC, also the price matching feature is excellent!!!

Find a product in stock if you can for cheaper on Pricespy and they'll match it, plus usually if you order by 4pm as said, a courier arrives early the next morning....in my case sometimes too early(7.05am)

I have emailed them an enquiry about a new PC, and never got any reply. So went to Alphacity, and they were very efficient, and also cheaper.  I would also recommend Ascent, or pp.co.nz

I'll throw in another +1!

Ordered a couple different things over different days recently, both items arrived the next day by courier.

Fast efficient service and good prices too.

I can only agree with all the happy users of Computer lounge. Ordered several items from them now. Got a shock on my first order when they phoned to apologise for for not having what I wanted in stock, but advised me of an alternative product, which I went with.

They're excellent, I've ordered a lot of gear off them in the past couple of years, their forums are also great for getting advice on parts/builds. One time when I ordered a power supply it turned out they were out of stock so they upgraded to the next model for free (without me even saying anything about it) - definitely can't fault their service. Others I order from regularly are Ascent (more range but slower to ship), Paradigm PC (excellent RMA process) and elive. Unfortunately down here in Christchurch I've not found any decent retailers.
