Here's a laugh and a half I'd like to share

Just called Dell support (NZ) and its 10:58am on Monday: "Thank you for calling Dell support. Our offices are currently closed, please call back during normal work hours".

I call back 5 min later. Get through to a human straight away who takes my order number but can't find my account. I stay on hold while he searches until I get hung up on.

Third attempt. Onhold for 5 mins, new person takes my order number and finds my account instantly. Transfers me to someone else with no warning.
New person says "Were you speaking to Customer Service or Support?" I say "Whats the difference?" (Seriously!)
I'm told I rang the 1800 number (I didn't it was an 0800). So I'm told to ring a new number (not the one listed on the Dell NZ website) 0800 775 771, anyone know what this is?

New number automatically says: "Please enter the 7 digit extension number now". ME: What extension number??? I have never been given one.

I give up and send an email submission to Dell through their website.

By the way I was calling in the first place because Dell sent me a new PC in December without a power cable! I called them at the time and was assured one would be sent separately, but nothing has arrived.
(I've been using a borrowed one temporarily).

Fun times :P
