Hi guys, I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend a good hard drive recovery specialist.  I have a client whose external HP drive (WD HDD) won't be recognized/boot/spin/etc etc, and have come down to the conclusion that its hardware failure.

I know theres about 5 different companies throughout New Zealand offering their services, has anyone had any experience with any of the specialist companies?

We (my employer on customers' behalf) have used Computer Forensics several times with good results.

(I am not associated with CF other than sending them a few jobs over several years).

Cheers,
Joseph.
