Hi all,

Bit of an odd issue...

One of our staff is having a problem that when he opens Outlook/OWA, and deletes an email, he ends up with 2 copies of that email in Deleted Items.

It does not occur all the time though, seems to be fairly random. The deleted items are not always the same size but have the same content.

They are running a BlackBerry Server at that branch which we suspect may be causing the issue, but not sure what exactly as it seems to work without any problems for everyone else.

Any ideas ? :)

SBS2003 (Exchange 6.5) - not sure about the Outlook version, will be 2003 at a minimum but because the issue is happening when using OWA as well, the email client isnt really in the picture as such.
