hey guys im off to university on sat.
i just clicked, omg ill have a pc with none of my data :o !
so at home i have a RAID 0 setup, with 2 western digital 1tbs
the pc im taking to uni, is a homebuild i made, micro atx etc so really easy to carry.

the pc im taking has a single samsung f3 500gb drive.

-- im thinking, can i backup my data to a single 2TB hard drive, plug it into my homebuild pc and transfer files (that i want) over to my external 320gb usb hard drive, then back onto the samsung f3 500gb.

is this possible? and what imaging program would do this?

thanks

any posts later than friday, sorry too late. i should have thought of this earlier >.<

Some apps that may help, the easeus tool looks like it could be for you as it can backup thee files and doesn't worry about the partition format.

Good luck at UNI.

And GHacks top ten backups is worth looking at too.
