Hey,

Sorry if this is a common question I tried using the search box at the top but no hits.

I'm looking to build a computer and I wonder if you have a website over here similar to overclockers in the UK (www.overclockers.co.uk).

You can basically choose all the PC components you want and they build it for you and ship it off.

I expect this has been asked before but I can't find it :(

Thanks

CL is also pretty much the best customer service rated computer store in NZ.

Thank you very much :) and pricewise is it pretty good? I'm kinda unfamiliar with standard prices for PC parts over here.

Yeah they are normally pretty good with prices. Not the absolute cheapest, but certainly not all the far behind given they do free shipping and have great customer service.

Not the cheapest for individual parts but they are competitive for systems and sets of parts like mobo/cpu/ram combo's etc. Very good service and support!

They also have a real physical store and have been around for many years unlike some of the super cheap "etailers".

+1 for Computer Lounge and/or Playtech.

Pay just a little extra (and some components they are the cheapest also) and their service is the best.

I had difficulties with PB Tech in the past, trying to get them to replace faulty goods under warranty (they would not replace , wanted to send off for testing first but I couldn't give up my laptop for a month while they farted around).

Can be a little more expensive but their after sales support is top notch.

Computer Lounge also have a quite active build forum here...

Revogamer from CL can give you some solid recommendations for your budget (and probably a discount over the main website price / system builder page).

+1 for Computer Lounge - just tell them what the machine is for, etc and they will look after you.

PP are good for components, but if you want a package deal from them, they just resell Playtech systems at a higher price.
