Thoughts on this MSI Motherboard. Pros Cons and if its good or not http://www.msi.com/product/mb/P67S-C43.html . How good is MSI quality? 

And also how would the MSI motherboard compare with this ASUS http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8H61/ 

Which one is better out of the two?

A company I used to work for used MSI motherboards in jukeboxes... they were the only ones that could handle being on 24/7 for months and handle all sorts of abuse (while being surrounded by amps etc) without a glitch at the time
