Upload test returned an error while trying to read the upload file.

Download speed is no problem.

Do you have a firewall running?

In my case the Ookla speedtest that Telecom host doesn't work properly for upload unless the firewall is off but the one that Consumer hosts (which is an older version) will.

I haven't found the firewall rule that causes the problem yet.
