New PC setup running Win 7.


Blue logo on document printin pink. Cartridges cleaned, same result.
Cartridges replaced, same result.

Win 7 Drivers Blue = Pink


Latest HP Drivers Blue = Pink


Old Drivers from Disc Blue = Pink

Are you using original HP ink? Otherwise it looks like the printer itself might have problems.

Incase you have put the inks in the wrong holes, it will be a printer fault.  It maybe a case that one of the inks aren't working, or the whole thing is busted.  Regardless, talk to customer support.

Inks in correct locations, and ran perfectly on the old computer running XP before the changeover !!

Driver issue, try completely removing printer + drivers from PC and reinstall.

Do you still have the old computer or another to test it in to see if printer or configuration problem.

The header said "Epson printer test page" and it is printing to an HP?! Wrong driver?

Why are you not using the Test Print from Windows 7 or HP's Printer test? 




Internet is my backyard...
