I have windows mail and occasionally some e-mails will end up in my junk folder highlighted in red.
I've right clicked on the e-mail and added the sender and their domain to the 'safe senders list' - but their e-mails will always go stright to the junk folder and are highlighted in red.

Is there anything I can do to get these e-mails to come straight to my inbox and not go into the junk folder - I don't know what else to do.

thanks in advance!

Check that its not your anti-virus putting them there, it may have its own "Safe Sender" list that you will need to add the name to :)

Seeing you are having problems with NOD as per the other thread, I'd say it's your AV doing it.
