Hi guys, I've got a nice Lancool PC-K62B case for my custom rig, now the dust filters it has in the cd bays is beyond useless and falls apart easily.  Anyone know where I can get some foam like the photo that I can cut to size for these bays?

Possibly somewhere like Para Rubber.

There doesn't appear to be anything similar on their website, but it would pay to go in and have a look around as they still might have something that is suitable.

You could also try Spotlight

Hope that helps. :-)

"Batting" from Spotlight. It is thin white stuff they put on the back of material to make it a bit stiffer or as a filler like inside ties. It also works well as a filter.

You might be able to find filter material from Bunnings. Not in a sheet, but as a filter for a range hood (stove fume extractor fan).

Often you get a thin sheet of foam in packaging. Filter foam is no different (in consumer fans). If it is open cell then it will work (letting air through). In industrial fans on the other hand they use special filters which will not detriorate, made from fibers.

You can never have enough Volvos!
