Do you have a friend or someone who can lend their monitor? The first thing you need to do is to check whether its a monitor problem. Try plugging in a different monitor and see what happens.

I have a another tower that I'm using now  and the monitor works fine. I turn on the tower and the fans come on and you can hear the hard drive loading. But I get no screen and the fans will not go off. I took out the video card and checked it out. I took out the memory cards and then powered up the computer I hear no beeps or anything else. Was working fine last nite and then I went to bed and woke to it doing this.

Take out all the drives and the video card and install minimum memory. If there are no beeps then it is either the power supply, motherboard, or maybe processor. You can try swapping the power supply, which is the least reliable of those components.

Do you see the post screen? if you do then i'd say drivers if not i would guess dead video card.

Can you try the video card in another PC?
