It is a 2 degrees one and has been struggling with wifi connections, hard reset and wifi is looking better and I now have data sense. It was not there before. Is it like the internet sharing on the Ascend W1 that needed to have a hard reset to enable it in the firmware?

yeah this is a really cheap and under rated phone seen it at warehouse stationary for $260 something for the 2degrees one a couple of weeks ago. As for the data sense, that has been available for some time, however some people did report needing a factory reset for it to be visible, roll on windows phone 8.1 and here drive maps for all windows phones
