It is a 2 degrees one and has been struggling with wifi connections, hard reset and wifi is looking better and I now have data sense. It was not there before. Is it like the internet sharing on the Ascend W1 that needed to have a hard reset to enable it in the firmware?

BTW this is a super cheap Windows Phone 8 device, same specs as Lumia 920, (lesser camera, but bigger screen) retailing for $299 at Telecom at the moment.

If you price match at warehouse stationary, it will come to $284.

yeah this is a really cheap and under rated phone seen it at warehouse stationary for $260 something for the 2degrees one a couple of weeks ago. As for the data sense, that has been available for some time, however some people did report needing a factory reset for it to be visible, roll on windows phone 8.1 and here drive maps for all windows phones

Definitely looking forward to 8.1. Not going to go the DP route for though as DP GDR3 had some nasty bugs on the ativ s.

8.1 is awesome, I'm currently running it on my ativ s from 2degrees no problem, loving the notification centre and swipe keyboard
