Damn the price of that almost makes me want to upgrade from my Windows Phone 7 even though it works just fine... Sole reason for me would be LIVE Games that are not coming to WP7 but I've got enough I've not finished as is :P

I had a quick look and could not find a sharing option, unless I looked in the wrong area

Just got this phone today, its really nice and for the money, it blows my g300 out of the water. Is there any word on when internet sharing is coming?
Also I keep seeing this phone has NFC on all the reviews and spec pages, but I can't find anything to do with nfc in any of the settings. Does it have NFC built in?

Nathan/Nedkelly - you're right the internet sharing should be enabled in an upate which we expect before the end of May.

Paul - Glad to hear you're enjoying the W1! Yes the phone is available with NFC, however the version retailing here does not have that chip installed.

Cheers

I have been using one for a while and noticed that even though "Find my phone" is switched to ON in the settings, it's actually off:

One could expect that, but reality is that this phone has been ON and connected to mobile data via 2degrees for the last three or four weeks and the last location according to the website is from two weeks ago.

If it's on, it's not working...

Does it popup on the website if you turn it off then?

Either way this is a known issue that will be fixed.

I was just offered an update now, just the firmware it seems:

BEFORE:

AFTER:

I was told a firmware update would enable WiFi Hotspot sharing but it seems this update is not the one...
