Hi, the only solution that worked was:

1.- Hard Reset your PDA or Phone/PDA (it will clear out everything, it will make your PDA as if it was brand new, check manufacturer's instructions on how to do this)

2.- Uninstall bluetooth software from your PC

3.- After uninstall bluetooth, check invisible ports... follow this link, as someone else suggested here...http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=8&topicid=422 and get rid of them all.

4.- Make sure you have Active Sync 4.2 or greater

5.- Restart your pc.

6.- Install Bluetooth software and then make sure you get BT Ports within 2-11 ports

7.- Before installing anything at all on your PDA, do a Standard Partnership with cable, not yet with bluetooth.

7a.- Disconnect PDA, open Active Sync, File/Connections settings, uncheck USB and check COM port - same as BT software is using as serial connection (check with your BT Software), click OK

8.- have outlook open and then pair your pc with PDA. You'll see ActiveSync as service.

Try this a couple of times or for a couple of days before installing something else.
