I'm still waiting for something to happen with this returned SD card at ascent.
I have e mailed the returns department 5 times now - and 2 phone calls which got me nowhere!....not 1 reply.

Is that slack or what?. I feel like i'm the starring in a Punk'd episode!.

Never had an experience that bad with ascent.. they might be slow at actions, but their communication has always been good.
try filling out the feedback form on their website. I've alwasy recieved a reply within a couple hours from there (on a business day).
