Is there any indication of when they might arrive?

Stoked to announce that the BlackBerry KeyOne is getting an official NZ release towards the end of June. :)

More info on pricing closer to the time.

Awesome news, thanks Nik. It does however mean a few more weeks of continual self restraint not to buy it from overseas.

Just had word that the local supplier has decided not to range it after all, so we're back on the hunt. Definitely still on the cards though.

@gbwelly - nice spotting!

@NikT - is that a reasonably firm date? My current phone is barely clinging on by its fingernails and well overdue for an upgrade. I don't think I'll be able to hold out to the end of July to have it delayed another few weeks.

Nicely spotted. There's good news, and there's better news.

The good news is it's local stock after all. The better news is it should be here in a week. I'll be snagging a sample out to test and shop around our corporate clients, will post a few comparison pics up when they land. Super limited stock to start with just to test the waters. ??

More good news - I've had confirmation from BB/TCL that local stock is the 'fixed' version without the display-lifting issue. Will let you all know when they arrive and post up a few pics.

Great stuff, I was a bit concerned by the screen lifting reports. Hopefully they are not all pre-ordered, I'll be keen to get one.

I like the idea of a keyboard...

So did I until Swiftkey came to iOS.  Now I'm so much faster on a software keyboard than I ever was on physical.  Wasn't the case before 3rd party keyboards on iOS.  I always preferred physical keyboards compared to the original iOS software keyboard.

I find that while I might be faster on a software keyboard, I'm much more accurate on a PKB (and so much less review time etc.), particularly if it's anything more than "meet you in 5 minutes". I used to write long and complex communications on my BB and Xperia Pro, but with on screen keyboards either pull out a bluetooth keyboard or wait until I can access a PC unless it is really urgent.
