Sandwich, have you used the Z; before the init string?

Have you updated the number on the iPAQ to correspond to the CID on the phone (*99***x# where x is the number of the CID?)

These are the main things to check.

Thanks Mauricio for your reply:

Yes, the CID is right (the same config. thru IrDA works fine).

Other users with same firmware (R2AE014 Spanish Movistar) and 2210 have the same problem. Probably a new frimware will be the solution, but need to be sent to SE centtral service and took a lot...

I shall revert with further info.

CID number from your phone.

under connectivity>data comm>data accounts>then right click more>account info and it is the External ID number.

I have finally managed to get the bluetooth internet connection working using dial number *99# and putting Z in the second string. Now that it is getting through I am getting the message "the page that you are looking for cannot be found" - this is frustrating beyond belief.

Any ideas?
