I have emailed HTC re an 850 UMTS/WCDMA version and no reply. Telstra employees on the whirlpool forums say July 14 is the date that a NextG compatible Touch Pro 2 will be released, if thats correct, i hope it will be unlocked as well.


shouldn't be hard to unlock such things for a man like you tho? Wink

freitasm: You can use in both prepay or account. If on prepay remember to add data packs otherwise you will be charged at casual rates.






Can someone explain how the data packs thing here works?

Is it a setting on your Vodafone prepaid account?


I find the Vodafone website less than helpful for finding such information.
