I agree, in the post PDC survey I mentioned that they should have waited to start selling them till the keynote was over. I was already in the process of walking to the door anyway when he mentioned it, if I had been about 30 seconds faster I would have missed it as well.

The i-mate Jasjar was just announced by Vodafone. At NZ$1999 (US$1400) it's a bit pricey...

Fair enough... But this kind of device is for people who don't want to carry a laptop around, but still want to be connected.

I did a search on TradeMe and found that a couple of sellers are selling the JasJar for prices in the vicinity of NZ$1500. They also claim that it comes with a NZ Warranty and is purchased from Vodafone NZ (they also said receipts can be provided).

The ironic thing is Vodafone NZ website says the JasJar is "Coming Soon" and is not yet available.

Anyone here have any idea where/how these people get hold of the JasJar?
