According to Wikipedia, to have SMS sync I'm limited to WM6.1 and WM6.5, so to reach all my desires I need a WM6.5 (6.1 possible, but I would need to install additional software) that has HDMI and a HID BlueTooth stack.

Oooh. Did a quick search for "wm6.5 hdmi output" and spotted this: http://www.windowsphonethoughts.com/news/show/92629/wmexperts-hands-on-with-ti-omap-34x-ii.html

If you can get your hand on that then you'd be pretty lucky to get most of what you wanted within WM6.5... I hope.
