To my understanding its not released yet.
There are some reports coming out that some in Japan have just received it...but details are thin
Its certainly not yet made available to the EU or US, so be a while yet before its here in NZ.

Hasn't been released yet.

Its just this week gone up on the Forum Nokia RDA so I would imgaine it can't be too far away. The month maybe out, but Id rather see it working correctly than having to update again in a few weeks :)

According to reliable sources, the news is the v2.0 firmware update is now available via NSU.
May take a little longer to filter through to here in NZ, but keep a look out for it.

You should!  Love the new scrolling function:)  I will have to reload my Nokia Maps data to see what the new 3D maps are like.  So far excellent!

More updates later today as I use the phone.

ive been using my n97 for a few hours since updating. its ok.

overall speed seems a bit quicker, like navigating around the phone etc. the kinetic scroll is extremely helpful in the contacts list, when using the scroll bar in the contacts menu, a popup informs you of the change in leading alphabet character, just like the iphone.

still holding out for the skype app, but so far not too bad.
