Strange thing happened 11th/12th, an update came through for my Lumia 830 which pushed the version to 8.10.14234.375 and according to this website:

http://www.microsoft.com/en/mobile/support/software-update/wp8-software-update/wp8-availability-in-asia-pacific/

I've been upgraded to 'full denim' - everything is going well so far, very stable, good mobile signal, fast web browsing etc. Looking forward to Windows 10 Mobile to get delivered.

I also got the update for my Nokia 820, BUT have a known error where my phone used to have a dev preview on it, so the new update won't install.

Only known fix I can find is to restore the 820 phone, losing a whole heap of data etc.

Anyone know a better fix ????? or if I can save stuff on the cloud that I may lose by resetting ????

Cheers in advance.

I forgot to post that I got an update for my VF 820 on Saturday evening round 6pm. Took about 10 minutes. Ended up with OS version: 8.10.14219.341, but still on Cyan. I'm on the developers preview.

I can't believe how long it's taken for this to be rolled out in NZ.  My Lumia 720 bought from Hong Kong got this update in mid-January.

Like you, I'm now running an 830 and really appreciate the extra performance and smoothness that comes with double the amount of RAM.  Several things that wouldn't work properly before are now running perfectly.

Turn off Development preview in app, restart phone and check for updates, once any remaining updates are installed check extra+info again should display Denim , might take a while for welcome denim notification. In fact you don't need development preview anymore to get denim and latest 8.1 OS .

Thanks for the tips. I'm now on Denim and OS version: 8.10.14234.375

I had actually forgotten I had turned on the Development Preview, it wasn't until I saw someone else post they had it that I remembered about it. Leaving it off.
