So will the 920 not be getting the Denim update at all then?

I see on Nokia's software availability page that the 920 from Spark is the only handset yet to be offered the Denim update.

Is there any particular reason as to why this handset isn't being offered the update?

Updates are based on the variant phone you have not your current provider.

The Spark 920 was the only local variant sold in NZ.

If your phone didn't come from Spark, you need to find out what variant it is. Most parallel imports were Hong Kong or Australia country variants.

The Spark variant hasn't had demin released yet, it is the only NZ variant Lumia that hasn't had it released

It's still a work in progress, we hit a road bump, but testing is still going ahead and we hope to see it available once testing is complete.

I had it on my vodafone (I dont use vodafone any more) and I have it on my spark phone :D :D

I received notification on my phone today that I had an update.

After updating, it tells me I have Lumia Denim! Yay!

Updated my 925 to 8.1 update 2 good as gold ,joined windows insider - untick automatically install updates in settings . Joined fast ring updates in windows insider app . Checked for updates , once update starts to download , uninstall windows insider app (important) . Restart phone to complete update 2 install . Done 😊

I have a Nokia Lumia 520. When I click on 'extras + info' in Settings, it tells me I have Lumia Denim, but I'm pretty sure I haven't. I never got a notification that it could be downloaded.  When I click on phone update, it says my phone is up to date. What's going on?
