GregV: Our VF 625s received 8.1 this morning.  Now waiting for the 1020 :)


looks like 1020 will be the last one off the rank given the APAC availability page.

Maybe i should downgrade from Developer Preview now...

Hi Guys, I'm currently running 8.1 Dev Preview on my L920. I got a notification for a new update but installation keeps failing. Here is the error:

Downgrade back to Windows Phone 8.0 and then do the developers preview update. This has worked for people who received the above error message that you received. Downgrade instructions are on this page or page before this.

I don't want to wipe my phone, thanks for the suggestion though.
