Have anyone noticed that files uploaded to Skydrive from a PC can't be accessed from Windows Phone?

The app shows all folders/files but when I tap on a file I get the browser opening and a Windows Live page saying "We can't find that page. Please enter the web address again or try a different link."

I've tried a JPG image, text file, MP3 song and a Word document. Only the image and song seemed to work.

EDIT - Sorry, as noted above, the new image I just uploaded opens as expected.  Both the newly uploaded Excel, as well as one I previously uploaded, diaplay in the file list, but do not open, with the same error as in the OP.

All my files are visible. They just won't download on my device - except images and sounds as noted.

Done some more playing with different filetypes, and edited my post above with results

Works fine when you open the same files under Skydrives section in the Office hub but not via the Skydrive app itself.

Do whatever you want to do man.

The Office Hub is a lot slower than the Skydrive app, lacks some features.

A bit off topic but they are lowering the free data limit on Skydrive to 7GB. It has probably been mentioned already but if you are an existing user you can keep the 25GB limit by requesting it. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/skydrive/loyalty

You beat me to it. I just came back to confirm this is now working. Even so, after uploading 5GB to the service then not being able to open files for six - eight hours is not good enough.
