From now on it seems if you want to purchase software for your Windows Phone, either go to the in-device Marketplace, or windowsphone.com... The Marketplace has been removed from Zune.

I hardly ever plug into zune, and I never browsed apps there. It makes no sense to have to support 3 different places, might as well spend the money and effort making web and phone ones really good.
