Hey there

The stylus on my wife's JASJAR keeps falling out - the unit is around 12 months old, give or take. I got a few new stylii for it, and they still fall out, so I'm assuming it's something in the device itself.

Anyone else have this problem? got a solution? Or is it time for a repair?

Cheers

N

Haven't heard of that before - it has a 24 month warranty so I'd take it in and get it fixed.

Seems to be a standard fault on HTC devices. Same thing happens to my Apache. I have lost a couple of stylus now.

Same problem on the Harrier. I managed to overcome the problem by using a piece of heatshrink tubing (less than 1mm wide) on the stylus near the top.

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

Same happens to my Apache. To overcome this  I bend it a little and now it stays in without falling out.

Hmmm... broken Apache thread... we could be heading for a new longest thread record!

Now who would be stupid enough to do that twice?

Hi ya

The only thing i can suggest is either put a slight bend in the stylus or a layer of cello tape around the stylus in the middle

this has worked for me in the past.

Many thanks

Neil
