HI,

I have just purchased an i-mate sp3i. I'm having trouble with the media player. I dont know how to watch videos or play music with it. When I go in to the media player there is only default video which came with the phone and thats all i can watch. How do I get my video and mp3 files in to the playlist? Do i need an mini sd card for this?

Thankyou in advance, Ben.

If you have media saved on your device then in Media Player you should be able to go to Menu > Update Library and it will search your device including storage card for media. You will then be able to access the media from the library
